PURPOSE: A method for an Internet electronic commerce between individuals is provided to perform a transaction by enabling a buyer to check an ordered commodity delivered to an adjacent selling store, pay a price, and receive the commodity and enabling a seller to receive the commodity to an adjacent selling store and request a delivery to the selling store requested by the buyer, and enabling a logistics company to transfer a commodity price to the seller except a logistics commission through the logistics company having a countrywide logistics distributing network and selling stores. CONSTITUTION: A logistics company(101) manages a logistics center and a selling company(102). Selling companies(102,103) are located near to inhabitants and receive commodities from the logistics company(101). A server operator(104) distributes a logistics commission received from a seller(105) and a buyer(106) in accordance with a contract with the logistics company(101). The seller(105) is connected to the Internet, connects to an Internet site of the server operator(104), registers a commodity to be sold, and inputs personal information. The buyer(106) is connected to the Internet, connects to an Internet site of the server operator(104), searches a commodity to be bought, decides a purchase, and designates a selling company(102) for receiving an ordered company. A logistics distributing network is a network between a maker and a selling store for selling a commodity generally.
