PURPOSE: A fixture for an artificial tooth and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the smooth implantation of the fixture without damage of the alveolus, and to prevent the attachment of bacteria thereto. CONSTITUTION: The fixture comprises a body(20) having a smooth screw portion(21), a rough screw portion(22) and a cutting blade part(23), and also the cutting blade part is formed with an imperfect screw portion(25) and a perfect screw portion(24). Four chip pocket parts(26) are provided under the four sides of the body, and a boundary portion(12) to be located on an outermost layer of the alveolus(1) is formed at the upper end of the body. The upper end of the boundary portion is formed at a hexagonal head portion(11) that a screw bore(13) formed with a female screw is drilled at the center of the top surface. The screw thread of the perfect screw portion of the cutting blade part has a same outer diameter as the screw thread of the smooth screw portion. A surface roughness of the cutting blade part is 0.2-0.5micrometers.
