A new enterically-coated pyridoxine HCl and doxylamine succinate (DS-P) rapid onset formulation comprises disintegrating agent. The formulation has a dissolution profile of at least 40%, 70%, 80% and 90% after 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes respectively when measured in 1000 ml phosphate buffer at pH 6.8 and 37 deg C in a type 2 dissolution apparatus at 100 revolutions per minute (rpm).
