FIELD: medicine, cosmetic surgery. SUBSTANCE: incisions are made in hairy part of the head, preauricular area along a tragus crest and in parotid area. Cutaneous-fatty fragments are exfoliated. Platysma is strengthened with separate silk sutures. Additional reinforcement is carried out with spiral stitches suturing a platysma with tension by beginning from a parotid area towards the border of separated skin in area of mandibular branch. The thickness of soft tissues is sutured to be returned towards an ear-lobe. One should turn to the border of separated skin in buccal area. Thickness of soft tissues is sutured. One should return to helix's foundation, turn to the border of separated skin in area of external ocular angle. Thickness of soft tissues is sutured by directing a ligature towards a temporal area to be fixed in the thickness of soft tissues. Cutaneous excesses should be shifted and resected.
