PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color cathode-ray tube, capable of feeding high voltage different from that of a fluorescent screen to a color selecting mechanism, using an inexpensive and simple structure. SOLUTION: In the color cathode-ray tube, a low voltage and an interior conductive film formed on an inner face of a cathode-ray tube body 1a are connected by a resistor 25, the color-selecting mechanism 11 is electrically connected to a portion divided by the resistor 25, and portions of the color- selecting mechanism 11 other than a portion connected to the resistor 25 are insulated with respect to the interior conductive film.
