ANTIGEN AND MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY DISCRIMINATING THE ANTIGEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monoclonal antibody capable of discriminating a new antigen of hemopoietic stem cell antigen 3 (HSCA-3) which exists in an immature hemopoietic stem cell and capable of being utilized for (1) an immunoassay and a flow cytometry by marking the antibody and (2) separation and purification of the immature hemopoietic stem cell from the blood in which the immature hemopoietic stem cell is mobilized in a large amount by treating human myeloid cell, funic blood, and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF). SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody discriminates the new antigen of the HSCA-3 which exists in the immature hemopoietic stem cell. An immunoreactive fragment is obtained from the antiboby.
