PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocker cover gasket capable of securing a suitable surface pressure and maintaining stable usage. SOLUTION: This rocker cover gasket 10 intervening between a cylinder head 2 and a rocker cover 3 is equipped with a gasket head top surface part 11 abutted to a bottom surface 5a of a groove part 5 of the rocker cover 3, a pair of gasket vertical wall surface parts 12 abutted to a side wall surface part 5b of the groove part 5, an expanding part 14 expanding to the groove width direction from the gasket vertical wall surface part 12, and a gasket pressing and contacting part 13 protruding from the groove part 5 and pressed to be contacted to the cylinder head 2. The expanding part 14 is provided on a position apart from at least one of the gasket head top surface part 11 and the gasket pressing and contacting surface part 13 in a predetermined distance. The gasket vertical wall surface part 12 is formed in a size so that the gasket vertical wall surface part 12 can be abutted to the side wall surface 5b of the groove part 5 in an even surface pressure on a whole periphery containing at least one of the gasket head top surface part 11 and the gasket pressing and contacting surface part 13 and along the groove part extending, direction containing a space between the expansion parts 14.
