A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the baffles (10) extend inside the molten slag bath (7). 5. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the baffles (10) extend near the surface of the slag layer (7). 6. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the baffles (10) are manufactured from water-cooled copper elements, which are protected by a fireproof material. 7. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the ferrous metal is copper. 8. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the ferrous metal is nickel. |
