摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolution sensor in which the smooth revolution of a rotating body is not obstructed even when electromagnetic waves are shielded. SOLUTION: The revolution sensor is provided with a first rotor 11 which is molded of an insulating magnetic material to be cylindrical, which comprises a conductor layer 11b arranged in the circumferential direction and which is attached to a first rotating shaft 5c, a fixed core 12 which comprises an exciting coil 12b and which is fixed to a fixation member by keeping an interval in the radial direction from the first rotor 11 and a second rotor 13 which comprises a nonmagnetic metal body 13b arranged in the circumferential direction so as to correspond to the conductor layer 11b, which is adjacent to the first rotor 11, which is attached to a second shaft 5a relatively turned with reference to the first shaft 5c and which is arranged between the first rotor 11 and the fixed core 12, and the rotation angle or the relative rotation angle of both shafts is detected on the basis of a fluctuation in the impedance of the exciting coil 12b due to the relative rotation of the first and second rotors 11, 13. The fixed core 12 is covered with a first shielding member 12c which shields the electromagnetic waves, and the member 12c is covered with a second shielding member 14.
