PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a granule of an iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion compound capable of gradually and continuously exhibiting effects (e.g. antiseptic/ antimicrobial effects) by iodine and cyclodextrin. SOLUTION: This granule of an iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion compound comprises an iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion compound containing 5-35 mass % of iodine based on the total mass of the iodine-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.
