PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by facilitating press molding and sealer application. SOLUTION: An extending part 12D is formed in the vehicle longitudinal direction on the car width directional inside of a flange 12C becoming a welding part with a roof panel 10 in a roof side outer panel 12, and this extending part 12D becomes a welding part with a car width directional inside part 14B of an upper wall 14A in a roof side rail 14. As a result, a welding part 22 of the extending part 12D of the roof side outer panel 12 and the car width directional inside part 14B of the upper wall 14A in the roof side rail 14 is offset to the car width directional inside to a welding part 20 of the flange 12C of the roof side outer panel 12 and a flange 10B of the roof panel 10.
