Pesticidal emulsion composition containing levamisole in the aqueous phase and an anthelmintic in the organic phase

A storage stable veterinary composition contains at least one macrocyclic lactone, levamisole and at least one benzimidazole. The macrocyclic lactone is or includes invermectin and/or abamectin and the benzimidazole is or includes albendazole and/or oxafenazole. The levamisole content is more than that of the total benzimidazole, which is more than the total macrocyclic lactone content. The different liquid carrier phases partition the invermectin and/or abamectin from the levamisole. The albendazole and/or oxafenazole is particulate and is at least in part in an aqueous phase with the levamisole. The aqueous phase is buffered to a pH appropriate for levamisole and its stability. The invermectin and/or abamectin is in the organic phase.
