PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control lever device which can be compactified as a whole by simplifying the structure of a damper that gives resistance to the operation force of a control lever for operating an operating machine, etc., such as a machine for construction/civil engineering works, is inexpensive, can be easily assembled and also has excellent operatability by preventing erroneous operation of the control lever. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft (6) is supported with O-rings (17 and 18) in annular space between a bearing part (3a) and the rotating shaft (6) of the control lever (5). The O-rings (17 and 18) come to close contact with the surfaces of the rotating shaft (6) and the bearing part (3a) to relatively rotate in accordance with the rotation of the rotating shaft (6). The rotating shaft (6) receives required sliding resistance by contact pressure to the O-rings (17 and 18). A structure, in which the rotating shaft of the control lever and a damper mechanism are arranged independently, vertically and serially, is eliminated, and rotation resistance is directly given to the rotating shaft (6) by the sliding resistance to act as reaction force to the control lever (5).
