PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental service station using Internet, with which everyone can perform management inside a plant or management of a vehicle anytime and anywhere by utilizing the Internet after fixed procedure for a person wanting to start an automobile maintenance business. SOLUTION: A camera is installed in a work area LS1 and after the camera is connected to an enterpriser computer C, video from the camera is displayed on an enterpriser home page HP stored in a contracted provider server PS. A person, who becomes a party to a contract, such as a party to a franchise contract FC1, for example, can deal with a moving image or still picture showing conditions inside the work area LS1 or working conditions of a conditional maintenance person 30 of an automobile A under maintenance waiting or under maintenance as video of the maintenance plant of his/her own company so that ability to start the maintenance business of automobiles can be provided. |
