PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold and bond a recording layer and a transparent layer even if the transparent layer is thin. SOLUTION: When the recording layer 2 is formed atop a base 1, the outer peripheral part of the transparent layer 3 is held to a flat shape by a transparent layer holding mechanism 5 and the held transparent layer 3 is superposed on the recording layer 2, by which the transparent layer 3 is bonded onto the recording layer 2 across an adhesive layer 4. In such a case, the transparent layer 3 is held at over circumferential four points by an outer peripheral holding section 6 of the transparent layer holding mechanism 5, by which the transparent layer 3 is held to a plane shape, by which the transparent layer is bonded onto the recording layer 2 without deformation in spite of the film thickness of about 0.1 mm. |
