PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the form of a cleaner for preventing resticking of dust and galling and a method of using the same, thereby improving the efficiency and the function of the safety of the cleaner and enhancing the quality of cleaning. SOLUTION: The form consisting of the dry process cleaner 2 having a fibrous or hairy wiping section 2a and a bouncing putty 1 for cleaning the hairy wiping section 2a is provided. When the wiping section 2a is pressed to the surface of the bouncing putty 1, the dust and dirt of the wiping section 2a are removed by the dust removing effect of the putty and the wiping section can be regenerated and maintained to and at the state of a brand new product. Since the dust and the like intruding deep into the fibers can be removed, this cleaner can be commonly used as cleaning cloth or the cleaners of a fiber system and the brush-like cleaners, such as brushes, printing hair and writing brushes. Particularly, the form is practically used for cleaning of an instrument using the optical means hating the dust and dirt.
