A micro-chemical system which can enhance a user work efficiency and be downsized, and which comprises an optical fiber (10) attached at the tip end thereof with a refractive index profile type rod lens (102), an optical fibe r (101) for propagating an excitation light and a detection light in a single mode, a ferrule (103) for increasing the outer diameter of the optical fiber (101) to that of the rod lens (102), and a sleeve (104) for fixing the rod lens (102) and the optical fiber (101).
