Telescopic tubes - for guide rollers in thermo-fixing plant to compensate for material sag

The guide rollers carrying the curtain fabric of synthetic fibre material to a thermo-fixing drum are fitted with telescopic tubes to compensate for any sag between the needled stentor chains and the surface of the drum. The purpose is to prevent any undesired and irreversible stretch characteristics being imposed on the fabric by sag causing the material to contact the drum by accident.
