PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface locking device capable of being engaged with a rail by merely movably operating a locking member from a generally horizontal direction without requiring a large operation motion when the locking member is engaged with the rail and also providing a reliable lockingly held state. SOLUTION: This wall surface locking device comprises the rail laterally installed on a wall and the locking member having an engagement part engaged with a locking groove provided in the rail and a contact part on a wall surface. A locked article is lockingly held on the wall surface through the locking member. The locking groove of the rail is formed horizontally, and a stopper part and a support axis are provided on the engagement part of the locking member. A locking part engaged with the stopper part and a support recessed part for supporting the support axis are formed in the locking groove of the rail so that the locking member can be supported by three points of the stopper part, support axis, and the contact part.
