PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which excels in oil resistance, mechanical strength, compression set, hardness, external appearance and recycling properties, and its molded product. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition can be obtained by melt kneading a grafting precursor or a graft copolymer with an acrylonitrile/ butadiene copolymer rubber. The grafting precursor is composed of a mixture of an olefin-based polymer or copolymer to be formed of a nonpolarα-olefin monomer with a vinyl copolymer, and the vinyl copolymer is constituted of a copolymer of a vinyl monomer and a radically polymerizable organic peroxide. The graft copolymer can be obtained by melt kneading the grafting precursor. Furthermore, in order to improve the properties such as compression set and oil resistance, a crosslinking agent is incorporated. The molded product is produced by molding the thermoplastic resin composition by the injection molding method and the like.
