PURPOSE: A data communication monitoring device for a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) is provided to monitor state information of an IS-95C terminal in a state in which the IS-95C terminal connects to a PC through a data communication cable and performs a wireless communication in high speed. CONSTITUTION: The first connector(1) connects a PDA to an external device. A data communication kit(2) connects to the first connector(1) through a cable(CA) and connects to the second connector(3) for bidirectionally converting data to be capable of a data communication between the PDA and the first PC. The second connector(3) connects a port of the first PC to the data communication kit(2). A level converter(4) connects a part of port of the first connector(1) to the second PC and converts a level of a transmission signal into a suitable level for monitoring state information of the PDA through the second PC in a state in which the PDA performs a data communication with the first PC through the cable(CA), the data communication kit(2), and the second connector(3).
