PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing the reverse vehicle insurance are provided to make a service user conveniently purchase a vehicle by offering the money corresponding to the service points of the service user as the purchase money. CONSTITUTION: A service providing device(10) is connected with many member companies(20), an investment company(30), an insurance company(40) and an investment company. The member company provides service points corresponding to the amount of the consumption to the service user. The service providing device sums up the service points of the service user and generates a point pool. The service providing device invests the service points to increase the points via the investment company. The profits generated from the investment are added to the point pool. The service providing device distributes the points as a reverse point to the service user. When the service user purchases the vehicle, a portion of the purchase money outputted based on the service points is generated by the insurance company.
