PURPOSE: Provided is a panel material having ultra high strength for road wheel disc, which has increased mechanical strength by adding Ti in conventional panel materials for road wheel disc, thereby forming fine TiC precipitates on ferrite phase. CONSTITUTION: The panel material having ultra high strength for road wheel disc comprises C 0.09 to 0.11 wt.%, Si 1.12 to 1.47 wt.%, Mn 1.65 to 1.75 wt.%, Ti 0.11 to 0.13 wt.%, S 0.002 to 0.004 wt.%, P 0.010 to 0.015 wt.%, Al 0.020 to 0.035 wt.% and a balance of Fe.
