TRANSMISSION OF CRAWLER VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission of a crawler vehicle using an epicyclic reduction gear realizing a smooth turning. SOLUTION: In the transmission of a crawler vehicle, rotation driving forces of a loaded engine are independently outputted to right and left traveling sections through respective epicyclic gears. The transmission is provided with a pivotal brake turn turning clutch 26 for connecting the rotation driving force; and a pair of clutch/brake 28, 29. The pivotal brake turn turning clutch 26 is inching-controlled to carry out an advancement direction control and a turning control of the crawler vehicle. The advancement direction control and the smooth turning control can be carried out without providing a dedicated turning clutch for a loose turning or the like.
