<p>The video source is allocated an identification mark, with which the digital video data are provided. When the content of the digital video data is displayed, the identification mark is inserted into one of the screen areas as a graphic (10), and moves across the screen area (12) to different positions (14,16,18). The graphic follows a route across the screen that is derived from the identification mark. The graphic may be formed from a point raster derived from the mark. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for performing the method, and for a method of monitoring the distribution of digital video data.</p> |
