PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent forms from moving when forming a concrete foundation. SOLUTION: A separator is used having outer flat plates supporting the outer surface of a form panel and inner flat plates supporting the inner surface of the form panel, with the outer flat plate connected to the inner flat plate via an appropriate number of bar-shaped members to form one panel fixing part, and with the spaced, opposed two inner flat plates connected together by an appropriate bridge member.
