PURPOSE: An actuator for an optical pickup is provided to easily assemble wires and reduce mass of a bobbin, thereby increasing sensitivity property of the actuator and the efficiency of magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: An actuator for an optical pickup includes a bobbin(34) in which an objective lens(71) is installed; support members(39) having one ends combined with a mount(32) prepared on a base(30) and the other ends combined with the bobbin, thereby movably supporting the bobbin to the base; a magnet circuit part installed at the bobbin and the base, so that the objective lens is driven in focus, track, and tilt directions; wherein the magnet circuit part includes coils(31,35) for driving the objective lens in one direction of focus, track, and tilt directions and magnets(33,37) for driving the objective lens in the other directions.
