PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water treatment apparatus for a vehicle washer, which has stable filtration performance, with which the filtrate cleaned at a high level can be obtained that almost all of wax, various kinds of oil, surfactants, suspended materials, and the like, are removed and bacteria, or the like, do not freed, whose maintenance is not necessary for a long period of time and which does not cause secondary industrial waste, or the like. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a pretreatment means for roughly filtering the waste water generated when the car is washed, a spiral filtration membrane module for filtering the water filtered roughly by the pretreatment means and an intermediate tank arranged between the pretreatment means and the spiral filtration membrane module for storing the pretreated water.
