PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card set which can play both of a card game and a simple mah-jongg game. SOLUTION: One to nine of spades, clovers and diamonds of a deck of cards are made to correspond with 1 to 9 of 'mans' (Chinese characters), 'pins' (round marks) and 'sohs' (bamboo marks) of mah-jongg. Since there is no kind which corresponds with hearts of the deck of cards, 'hers' are newly established, and are made to correspond with the hearts of the deck of cards. Then, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the deck of cards are made to correspond with the 'haku' (plain white), the 'hatsu' (green character), the 'chun' (red character) and the 'ton' (east) of mah-jongg, and the 'nan' (south), the 'shah' (west), the 'pei' (north) of mah-jongg are eliminated. Thus, the deck of cards and mah-jongg are integrated into one set of cards.
