PURPOSE: To obtain a fluid food useful for a food enteral nutrient, etc., capable of ingesting much zinc, copper and other mineral ingredients useful for regulating physiological functions by including an oyster extract and a soybean protein therein. CONSTITUTION: This fluid food is obtained by including an oyster extract and a soybean protein therein. The resultant fluid food is capable of raising the contents of zinc, copper and other mineral ingredients therein and useful as a nutritious supplementary food in which a fishy smell peculiar to the oyster is masked with the soybean protein. |
