PURPOSE: A system of supplying information using an ARS(Automatic Speech Recognition Server) and telemarketers under wireless environment is provided to supply information in combination with an ARS and telemarketers, thereby minimizing inconvenience of customers caused by deterioration of a voice recognition rate, as well as minimizing personnel expenses. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(10) supplies telematics services of customers. An external exchange(40) belongs to a wireless communication company or a wire communication company. A self exchange(21) supplies voice information. A call distribution server(25) distributes many calls. An IVR(Interactive Voice Response) server(22) decides whether to service customer requirements by an ARS(23) or by telemarketers(261-26n) according to voice recognition reliability considering a voice recognition server characteristic and a customer database, and supplies various voice menu comments and voice information. The ARS(23) recognizes a voice. A TTS(Text To Speech) server(24) converts text data into a voice. The telemarketers(261-26n) retrieve information required by the customers by recognizing the customers' voices. A customer DB server(27) decides a customer's personal history and decides whether the customer is a member. A terminal supplying server(28) interfaces with a telematics terminal of the customer. An information supplying server(29) stores the information requested by the customers.
