PROFILE DATABASE AND PROFILE PREPARING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of executing at a high-speed correlation analysis between sequences of a large-scale biopolymers and reusing arbitrary analyzed profiles. SOLUTION: A large-scale profile database 103 is provided, and an arbitrary profile is made to be retrievable from the database 103 by making it possible to perform correlation analysis between sequences of biopolymers at high-speed by using the database.
