<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working system of a machine tool capable of effectively suppressing the deterioration of productivity due to the breakdown of an arbitrary machine tool. SOLUTION: When an error is caused in an arbitrary machine tool and production is stopped, the residual number of production based on the target number of production of the arbitrary machine tool is calculated, and another machine tool capable of producing the same article to be worked is recognized, and the calculated residual number of production is added to the target number of production of the recognized machine tool so that the production can be continued. When it is judged that the error is repaired and the production is made possible, the residual number of production of the other machine tool is recognized, and the prescribed proportional quantity of the recognized residual number of production is set as the new target of production of the arbitrary machine tool so that the production can be resumed, and the residual quantity calculated by subtracting the proportional quantity is set as the new production quantity of the other machine tool so that the production can be continued.</p> |
