REACTION VESSEL AND ANALYSIS METHOD FOR BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel capable of measuring multiple biological activities of multiple specimens at a time respectively and to provide an analysis method for biologically active substances using the same. SOLUTION: This reaction vessel comprises a bottom plate, or a carrier capable of immobilizing the biologically active substances and a lid part detachably and hermetically attached to the bottom plate. The lid part is provided with multiple cylindrical holes comprising wall surfaces of the vessels along with the bottom plate and this reaction vessel can form the multiple vessels by hermetically attaching the bottom plate with the lid part. A first biologically active substance immobilized to the carrier and a second substance capable of specifically binding with the first substance are reacted with each other using the reaction vessel, and the second substance indirectly bound with the carrier or the second substance unbound therewith is detected via the binding of the first substance with the second substance to analyze the first substance or the second substance in the specimen.
