PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device enabled to miniaturize, to simplify the structure of a detection switch part, to improve an assembling property, to reduce the cost by using a distortion spring at a movable contact, and enabled to improve the accuracy of switch-on position and mounting strength. SOLUTION: The switching device comprises a first fixed side contact 2a, a first switch part composed of a conductor plate 8 having a first movable side contact 9 contacting and separating from the first fixed side contact 2a and a spring member 10 swaying movement freely supporting the conductor plate 8 at a central terminal 3, a second switch part composed of a second fixed side contact 4a and a second movable side contact 12 contacting and separating from the second movable side contact 12, a slide member 11 making the first movable side contact 9 and the second movable side contact 12 displace, a case 1 housing the first switch part and the second switch part, and a distortion coil spring having an arm part 12b making the second movable side contact 12 contact with a pair of fixed terminals 4.
