<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition and a sheet, high in adhesion strength and suppress the strength increase with time and peelable from a substrate without damaging. SOLUTION: The composition is a gel comprising at least (A) an acrylic polymer containing a hydroxyl group, (B) an amine compound containing plural hydroxyl groups, and (C) a polyisocyanate compound, and the gel percentage therein of 10 wt.% or more but less than 70 wt.% after dried or cured. The sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer made of the composition on one or both sides of the base material. The 180 deg. release (strain rate 300 mm/min, 23 deg.C, 50% RH) of the tape from a stainless steel plate is preferably 10 N/20 mm or more.</p> |
