PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enables a customer to select an article matching the customer oneself. SOLUTION: The article selecting device 1 is equipped with a selecting means 13 equipped with a display part 13a which displays items of counseling matching the customer and selection of an article through the counseling and a coordinate input device 13c on which the customer does input operation according to the items displayed at the display part 13a. Consequently, the counseling matching the customer and the selection of an article through the counseling can be carried out by making the customer do the input operation to the coordinate input device 13c according to the items displayed at the display part 13a. Further, respective display contents of the selecting means 13 are printed out by a printer 17, so the customer carries information on the counseling and the selected article back and is able to use the counseling and the selection of the article at other places. |
