PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a high-precision model for an analysis of prepayment for a financial commodity. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a historical DB(database) 11 which stores history data on financial commodities, a mining device 20 equipped with a data preparing function 21 of analyzing statistic information or trend values of parameters included in the history data, a clustering key field determining function 22 of determining a key field effective to definitions of clusters, an aggregation level determining function 23 of determining the degree of aggregation by selecting an aggregation key for structuring an aggregate DB14 used for a model analysis of the history data, and a cluster determining function 24 of defining clusters for dividing the history data into several groups in terms of attributes of the data, and a statistic analyzing device 40 which structures prepayment models by the clusters defined by the cluster defining function 24.
