PURPOSE: A bearing material with good creep behaviour is provided which is appropriate for manufacturing bearing bush for connecting rod and piston of an internal combustion engine by having high resistance and low fixing characteristics relative to tension-relaxation. CONSTITUTION: In a Cu-Zn-Al kneading material having high resistance and low fixing characteristics relative to tension-relaxation, the Cu kneading material comprises 63.5 to 66.5 wt.% of Cu; 2.0 to 5.4 wt.% of Al; 4.1 to 4.9 wt.% of Mn; 2.6 to 3.4 wt.% of Fe; 1.1 to 1.9 wt.% of Ni; and a balance of Zn and ordinary impurities, wherein the material comprises 65.5 to 66.5 wt.% of Cu; 3.1 to 5.4 wt.% of Al; 4.1 to 4.7 wt.% of Mn; 2.6 to 3.4 wt.% of Fe; 1.1 to 1.9 wt.% of Ni; and a balance of Zn and ordinary impurities, wherein the material comprises 65.5 to 66.5 wt.% of Cu; 3.1 to 3.9 wt.% of Al; 4.1 to 4.7 wt.% of Mn; 2.6 to 3.4 wt.% of Fe; 1.1 to 1.9 wt.% of Ni; and a balance of Zn and ordinary impurities, and wherein the material comprises 65.5 to 66.0 wt.% of Cu; 3.1 to 3.9 wt.% of Al; 4.1 to 4.7 wt.% of Mn; 2.6 to 3.4 wt.% of Fe; 1.4 to 1.6 wt.% of Ni; and a balance of Zn and ordinary impurities.
