Ceramic laminates and laminated electronic parts

In producing ceramic laminates in which ceramic green sheets are formed and finally laminated together either (a) electrically conducting patterns 3 and ceramic patterns 5 each having inclined surfaces 7 at their ends are printed on the green sheets 1 (figure 1d) or (b) electrically conducting patterns 3 are printed on the green sheet 1, an organic resin film 4 is formed over the patterns and sheet and ceramic patterns 5 are formed over the film (figure 4d) or (c) inner electrode patterns 43 are printed and dielectric patterns 45 from a paste containing at least a dielectric powder and a glass powder are printed amongst the electrode patterns on a green sheet 41 containing dielectric powder (figure 3d). A laminated electronic part comprises non-capacity portions 23 constituted by dielectric ceramic layers 27b and inner electrode extending portions 31 formed integrally on the side surface of a capacity portion 21 constituted by alternately laminated dielectric ceramic layers 27a and inner electrode layers 29. A pair of outer electrodes 25 are provided for the non-capacity portions so that the inner electrode layer-extending portions are alternately connected thereto (figure 6). The dielectric ceramic layers in the non-capacity portion may be constituted by ceramics which can be more highly sintered than the dielectric ceramic layers in the capacity portion.
