SIDE WALL BLOCK FOR WATERWAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A side wall block for waterway is provided to reinforce the side wall without alteration or water loss of the block by simply and continuously connecting the blocks and to provide a habitat for plants living in water and fishes to environment-friendly protect natural ecosystem. CONSTITUTION: The side wall block comprises a space section(4) between outer and inner walls(2,3) of a block body(1); a sloping route(5) having multiple growth grooves(6) in the space section(4); and a plurality of cavities(7) in the inner wall(3). The cavities(7) are arranged in longitudinal and/or transverse directions. Alternatively, the cavities can be arranged along the sloping route(5). Through the cavities(7), the water flows into and/or out of the space section(4) between the outer and the inner walls(2,3) to prevent vortex and different animals including amphibia and reptile from being wounded.
