PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust structure of a small jet-propelled planing boat, having a large silencing effect and capable of inhibiting water from entering an exhaust system even in the case of overturning. SOLUTION: In this exhaust structure of a small planing boat, the water pressurized and accelerated by a water jet pump P is jetted from a jet orifice in the rear to perform propulsion by its reaction, and exhaust from an engine for driving the water jet pump P is discharged to the outside of the boat through an exhaust passage 30 formed by a water muffler 31 and the like. The structure is provided with a pump cover 26 for covering a pump room 27 for storing the water jet pump P from the boat's bottom side. In the pump cover 26, a hollow part 26a is formed partially or overall, and the hollow part 26a is communicated with the exhaust passage 30. The exhaust from the exhaust passage 30 is discharged into the pump room 27 through the hollow part 26a.
