PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal processing method and terminal processing device for a wire wound round a bobbin, capable of effectively preventing loosening of the wire wound round the bobbin and favorably performing terminal processing. SOLUTION: The wire W is wound round the rotating bobbin 2, and after entering the full loading state, the bobbin 2 is still rotated and the wire rod W is cut. While a wire pressing roll 20 is pressed to the winding layer 3a to prevent loosening of the wire terminal, non-adhesive resin wrap F is wound round the winding layer 3a, the terminal of the wire is fixed onto the winding layer 3a. Thus, with loosening of the wire 3 wound round the bobbin effectively prevented, favorable terminal processing can be performed.
