<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a crown-shaped roller by which high processing accuracy and productivity can be obtained. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing for obtaining the crown-shaped roller, a kneaded rubber material being an unvulcanized body before vulcanization is molded in such a way that the thickness on the end parts of a non-right cylindrical preliminary molded body 25 is made continuously thicker than the thickness of the central part by using an extruder 23 and a cutter 27.</p> |
