BUILT-IN ANTENNA OF PORTABLE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A built-in antenna of a portable terminal is provided to reduce the radiation of electromagnetic wave by mounting the antenna within the terminal. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(10) is provided with an insulating plate, a copper foil formed on an upper surface of the insulating plate, a support member(20) supporting the insulating plate, and a slot(13) formed on the copper foil in a predetermined shape. The support member(20) is provided on a support face in a shape corresponding to a flat shape of the antenna(10) and that of a sidewall. The sidewall is extended from both ends of the support face in order to locate the antenna(10) on a predetermined height from a print circuit board(1). A feeding pin through-hole and a short-circuit pin through-hole are formed on a position corresponding to a feeding pin mounting hole and a short-circuit pin mounting hole of the antenna(10).
