PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person without a right to access an external network to obtain only specific information in the case of accessing the external network. SOLUTION: This system is provided with the external network 203, a proxy server 205 for accessing the external network as the agent of a first client in response to an access request to the external network from the first client 207, a cache server 206 for storing data by way of the proxy server and a data transmission part for transmitting data stored in the cache server to the second client 208 which does not access the external network.
