PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device where the shape of an interlayer lens can be optimized and the converged state of incident light is improved, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a plurality of light-receiving parts 12 formed on a substrate 11, a light-shielding film 16 which is formed on the substrate 11 and has an opening part above the light-receiving part 12, a step- adjusting film 18 formed on the light shielding film 16, the optically transparent interlayer film 19 which is formed on at least the light receiving part 12 and has hollows 19a, having prescribed curvature in accordance with the forming state of the step adjusting film 18 and an optical transparent film 20, which is formed on the hollows 19a and has the function of converging.
