The dolomite dry stamp materiul is manufactured by blending 10-20 wt.pts(parts) dolomite clinker (30% CaO, 70% MgO) of 3-5mm particle size, 25-35 wt.pts(parts) dolomite clinker of at most 1mm particle size, and 20-30 wt.pts(parts) seawater magnesia fine particle (95% MgO). The blended material contains 20-28 wt.pts(parts) particle of at least 2.83mm particle size, 44-52 wt.pts(parts) particle of at least 1mm particle size, 20-25 wt.pts(parts) fine particle, 80 wt.pts(parts) MgO and at least 20 wt.pts(parts) CaO, The stamp material has a good corrosion resistance and workability, and is used as a flooring material for an electric furnace. |
