PURPOSE: A circuit for preventing an error of a semiconductor memory device is provided, which can prevent an error of a system due to oscillation noise by resetting an internal system by sensing an amplitude variation of an oscillation signal due to the oscillation stage noise. CONSTITUTION: An oscillation circuit(200) generates a clock signal by receiving an oscillation signal, and a noise filter(300) filters a radio frequency component of the oscillation clock signal. A clock signal generator(400) generates a system clock signal to an internal system by receiving the filtered oscillation clock signal. And an error prevention part(500) resets the internal system by sensing an amplitude variation of the oscillation signal due to an oscillation stage noise.
