PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control deflection of a column by employing a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A simple structure is adopted to control deflection of a column 3, in which a pipe 6 is passed through the inside of the column 3, an air injection hole 7 facing the front surface 3a and rear surface 3b of column 3 is provided to the pipe 6, air is injected to the inside surface of the column 3 through the air injection hole 7 to enhance the heat transfer coefficient of the front surface 3a and rear surface 3b, and a temperature difference between the front surface 3a and rear surface 3b of the column 3 is decreased to feed air inside the pipe 6.
